No.

Edit: as a tech inspector, I'd allow a chip, but not a real crack. Got a picture?

What about a chip in the windshield that has been sealed (or fixed, or whatever they call it)?

I had a rock ding on my windshield that passed DE inspection before and after it was repaired. But I am in Texas and the regions vary as to what they disallow.

It is different in every state and sadly different in every shop in that state. Just get a new one.

I don't know which region you're in, but in the SE its no problem with PCA. I also have a NASA 944 cup car that has some cracks on the passenger side and it ran at the nationals with a cracked windshield. Please note that the cracks were minor and no in the driver's line of vision.

No pics yet.. but it goes from the rear view mirror straight out towards the passenger piller about 6 inches. No adverse affects on driver's vision. Instructor maybe starring at it though.

It would not pass in Rennsport PCA. I assume it cannot be repaired with the transparent epoxy they use on stone chips to the glass. Proper repairs will pass inspection.

Best,
