What I did what drill the bolt but no completey just to allow the head to be remove it, than the bolt should come off with a vicegrip.

I picked up the "Bolt Out" kit today, I will report back with my findings.

I really want to get the bolt out. I figure it will make it easier to keep the lifters in place if I can rotate if off the head, rather than lifting it up off the damaged bolt shaft then rotating it.

I didn't have to drill the rotor set screw. It was really easy to grind and chip the plastic off the brass insert. I grabbed the sides of the screw head with vice grips and backed it out then slid the brass insert off the shaft.

Any info on the belt covers?
Or does anyone have a set of late covers that they will sell CHEAP?
