Default Help with part identification

OK, there are two of these on either side of the engine. I think they are ABS or brake pad sensor-related...
The main question is: can I remove them?

thanks!

If your car has neither ABS or brake pad wear sensors, then yes you can remove them. They are just connector holders / covers for those systems.

my car has abs but I don't use the brake pad sensors...I guess I need to know if they are for brake pad sensors OR ABS? If brake pad sensor-related then they are gone!
