Man, that is one of the saddest few images I think I've seen in a long while. If I had the space I would make an offer to get it off their property in a heartbeat; just to see what (if anything) could be done to revive it. It certainly wouldn't be worth, investment-wise, to put it back together again; but the satisfaction of bringing her back to her original glory and keeping one more 928 on the road would be a victorious thing.

Somebody was probably offroading it in the carskills and it died so they just left it.
