Yes, they may say something like" you know, that 951 looks like a swelled-up 1st gen. RX-7." "Oh and almost as fast too."

You would never hear anything like that from your 928 friends though.

True enough. Our 928 friends just make up names for their cars to try and make them look cool. Forget the fact that a whale shark is about as close to a real shark as a 928 is to a real sports car. What the heck is a MURF SUPERSHARK anyway? Sounds like something my *** said after eating too much bad sushi............

Well, come to think of it, you never hear an obese chick calling a chubby chick a fatass, do you?

Ive never really understood this argument. My 928 had a very nasty sounding V8 with great low end torque. The 951 has that boost quality that I am also obsessed with. I also love both body styles. Doesn't the 911 kinda look like a squished VW Bug tho?

Calling a 928 a super shark is like a 928 owner naming his 4" pecker Goliath.............it only sounds impressive to those who don't know the truth. What's next? The super duper shark? The super duper pooper shark? *lol* At least with the 951 crowd there are no phony names......and that is what a REAL sportscar is all about. All performance and no BS.

that a 4 cyl turbo can't mimmick a V8 in a few addictive qualities.
thats silly, the 928 had to be like 4 lbs lighter than a new yorker. But then again its normal to get this kind of banter for a rotary guy

You know what a SuperShark is. Youv'e spent enough time on the 928 board secretly observing and drooling over our true ground-up designed Porsches.

I admit I have drooled over some designs out of disbelief for the poor taste of some 928 gays.

the twin engine dumptruck (aka 928) is a marvel....... an awkward, overweight, underperformer...... bet many of the 928 guys dated girls like that, maybe even married them

I like em - I am sure they tow great.... someday I will get one to tow my garbage trailer with... I hate gettign that stink on the work truck
