Default Removal of Interior Rear Side Panel-Edit:Pics Added

I'm installing a new felt carpet kit, and have a quick question on the removal of the interior rear side panels. Do I need to remove the quarter glass to get the rear side panel off, I see the door trim will need to partially slip off but not sure about the glass. Thanks.

no problem, it's not an obvious title because the article is on changing the rear speakers. i just remembered looking at it not too long ago.

Carpet kit is from AppBiz, as I mentioned this is a black felt kit but they have many options for material and color. I'm working with them to develop a rear seat delete option for the 944. I will be posting more on this in the near future. Here is a couple more pics of the project, waiting for some warmer weather to start installation. Check out their web site, they have done a lot for the 911 series cars over the years but just getting into the 944 chassis. Their site does not include any of the 944 kits yet but you can see there work on the 911's is top notch. http://appbiz.com/
