Default Audible throttle frequency sound?!?

My car emits this high pitched frequency at low throttle that seems to be coming from the fuse/relay box. I can hear it just outside the driver's side window in front of the windshield. It is kind of hard to explain but their is a part at low throttle where the pitch goes low when I press the throttle and goes high when I let go. I can't hear it unless it is changing pitch. It is an '86 stock in good condition. Any ideas???

Air leak. Check vacuum lines.

No, it is definitely something electric. The sound is faint but noticeable.

Sounds to me like its maybe the valve for the EVAP system is having an issue?? It's right in front of the fuse panel and has vac. lines running to it. Other than that, it's not a speaker noise increasing with rpms is it? What about the buzzer relay in the fuse box? Pull it and see if the noise is still there.

It's not radio or speakers. I had suspected the relay but never thought to take it out (duh). I'll try it and post back. Thanks.

The TPS is not in the area you are describing, but can be unplugged easily, the car will still run this way so unplug it and see what happens
