How to mount fiberglass header panel

Just got one and there were no instructions, etc... to mount. Can anyone shed some light here?

Similar to mine. Where did you get yours? Probably just mimic the stock screws/bolts I'm guessing.

There are 2 tabs towards the hood but nothing to attach it to in the front...
