.... for street use.

I've got the fronts installed (rear springs lost in shipping), and driving with the front struts on, the car is VERY comfortable. Very firm, but not jarring.

I pulled off the front sway bar to clean and swap bushings, and decided to leave it off until the rear springs are installed. Even w/o the front sway bar, the handling is massively improved. Hopefully I will finish the job next weekend and get an alignment done.

Where did you get your set at? I am still not sure what I want to do for suspension upgrade really and know this would be the best setup but not sure if I want to spend that much on it.

I got the setup at Paragon. It included the springs, struts and install hardware. I was torn between this and the Spec944 package. I think you end up in about the same place for the same money. One goal I had was to delete the rear t-bars. The rear coilovers do that.

I should warn you that the Paragon Escort Cups came with NO instructions, and it was definitely not a plug-and-play setup. Jason at Paragon was very helpful, but I had to ask for the help (twice) before I figured it out.

hmmm. It really is pretty much plug and play. If you do a good search here, you'll find all of the info and instructions that you need. It might take you a bit longer if it's your first install, but that's really to be expected of any first system install.
Anyway. I'm glad it worked out for you.

What sway bars are you running? I already have a Turbo S front sway bar and a 968 M030 rear sway bar. I cant decide if I'd rather have the additional ride height adjustment on the rear that the Escort Cup set up gives (as well as being "true" coil overs vs an ARHK), or the Welt sway bars that the Spec kit comes with and the "adjustability" of the Konis...

I think I'll go with the Spec kit and keep my T-bars, and save a little money....Maybe I won't decide until I'm on the phone w/ Jason or Skip ordering the parts
