Default Heater hose ok for AOS?

Just wondering, is it necessary to get an oil / fuel rated hose for the air oil separator to j-boot, or is it okay if i use silicone heater hose?

http://www.boostcontroller.com/index.php?category=154

Specifically..

#ASHTH-075. Silicone Heater Hose - .75 inch ID (~19mm)
.75 inch ID, 1.07 inch OD, .16 inch wall thickness
(2' min. order)

Im ordering a couple other things (45* and 90* silicone elbows and vacuum line) and figure ill just order everything i need in one shot.

I went to autozone and asked for something that is oil resistant, I'm not sure what they called it but it was ~$2.75/ft. I would imagine the heater hose would work, but the oil resistant hose seemed like a safe bet to me

Yea, im starting to think it might be more worth while to just use rubber fuel / oil lines available locally. Was ordering a couple things and 'what the heck...'

Evco house of hose. I guess that place isn't everywhere. First thing they ask you when you ask for hose is "what is going through the hose" and secondly "how much pressure". You'll find that oil rated hose will hold up better through the years and it's not expensive if you can find a major supplier.

Just did a bunch of reading about silicone lines. So for future reference, silicone is NOT a good idea for the AOS line. Unless of course it is specifically made for oil applications (it will be made with a special liner or of a different blend). Rubber heater hose is also not the greatest solution it seems, but looks like plenty of people have done it without problems.

Anyhow after much searching, i found this place (HoseTechniques) which carriers oil rated 45* and 90* bends for the top of the AOS and the inlet on the j-boot. They also sell nitrile hose but do not have 3/4'' diameter listed. I sent them an email to see what they might be able to get.
