Hey 2bridges, push your boots down all the way on those pins. Push down on the part of the boot next to the pin and they will pop down in place. They should look like the boots in Kevin's pic up top.

Hi Travis. Thanks, they do. These pics were before I figured out how to get them to pop into shape

I found a deep socket worked well. I have five sitting here that need rebuilding, is there a market for rebuilt arms?

We charge $115 for the arm + the cost of the ball joint + $75 core charge. That 115 covers bead blasting the arm, inspection of the pocket/arm for wear, replacement of the front bushings if necessary and installation of the ball joint. We had about 90 cores here at the beginning of '07. Now we are down to about 12. No one seems to want to return cores for the $75 core charge.

There are a lot of people who don't feel comfortable or just don't have the space to rebuild the arms on their own. If you want to rebuild them, I am sure you can get some money out of them on Ebay or even here on Rennlist. If you do, let me know and I will cut you a brake if you pick up a few kits.

The ball ends of the pins are always very shiny.
