here's the info i got from them:

can they rebuild a kkk turbo: yes
are they kkk factory authorized: no (they are an authorized dealer, though)
what warranty is provided on a rebuild: 6months
what is the rebuild cost if the impeller/turbine can be re-used: $350
what is the rebuild cost if the impeller/turbine has to be replaced: unknown, potentially +$700
what is the turnaround time: 1 week (approx)

good info, and their price is similar to a local shop that provides a 1 year warranty with a kkk-certified rebuild.

unfortunately, the impeller is damaged on my turbo so it still doesn't make sense to pay +$700 for a rebuild when a new one can be had for the same price.

good to know nize

I know some local big budget big power guys using these guys. All I have ever heard is top notch quality work.

I enjoy doing business with honest service and integrity. I dropped a set of injectors for ultra sonic cleaning and Ok'd the cost estimate. They called an hour later and said they flow tested perfect and would not benefit from cleaning.... charge was $30.
