I'am looking for an air flow meter either new or rebuilt for my 88 turbo s. At high speeds I heard alot of backfiring coming from the front of the car as I was struggling to pass 120mph. TIA, reno

 

Hey Reno you can use mine to test if you want. I just Dynoed my car. I got 280hp and 293tq to the wheels on 17psi and 93 gas. with a afm n k26/6 all of my mods are in my sig. PM me and ill come up so we test the AFM. I dont think it might be that tho. OR you can call me u still got my num?

DUDE TUES IS PERFECT because i have no work and i get out of school like 210ish. Hopefully most of the snow has gone away. I really dont want to point and say what is the problem let me see it and then can go from there. IT just might be spark splugs dumb as that or ign coil. I'll take some parts i have and we can test that as well. Call me. and we talk maybe if you can better describe i know what it is because mostly like it has happened to my car.

 

btw how does your boost look like at those high speeds when your boosting hard. dude just call me so we can get to the bottom of this. We can always take parts off my car and swap them out if need be.

This was a map kit that I purchased from Danno in 03 and waited until mid of 05. The kit I received was missing some parts so I just got rid of it on Ebay. I wasn't sure what was missing. Reno
