I depress the clutch pedal and just as it hit's the bottom I hear grinding comming from the transaxle? No grinding at the top or middle only at or near the bottom.

Do I need to re- bleed it?
Do I need to re-place pilot beraring?

Clutch does go into gear
New build all new parts KEP PP 6 puck spring centered disk FF Wheel new TOB and PB..

Thanks in advance

Did you replaced the master & slave cylinders?

yes you need to bleed and verify slave and master cylinders are not leaking fluid

When the clutch pedal is fully depressed, that is when you hear grinding? If you let off the pedal a little, it goes away?

If that is the case, it may just need adjustment on the pedal.

I suspect you are hearing the fork run into the PP.

Is the grinding associated with the pressing of the clutch? Or is is associated with moving the shift **** to select a gear? Those would be two very different grinds with two very different causes.

I agree, if the grind happens ONLY with the actuation of the clutch, you have some problem with the release fork/pressure plate/throwout bearing/etc.

If the grinding happens when you try to select a gear, then it's likely a clutch master or slave cylinder issue.
