Default ? about right gauge

I have a question about a dial located in my oil/coolant gauge. It is a dial with numbers going from 3,5,7,9 then a red section. I did a search and looked at my owners manual without success.

Does anyone know what this meter is for?

Post a pic, I have a feeling it's an aftermarket rader detector.

From left to right you should have:
Coolent temp - No numbers
Fuel level - 0/4 ths through 4/4 ths
Speedometer
Tachometer / Boost Gauge
Oil Pressure - 0 - 5 Bar
Voltmeter - 10 - 16 Volts
