Numbers are believable...

I put down 273rwhp and 293rwtq at 15psi. I also had a tial though...but a bad tune when tuning also.

either your have a perfectly (or beyond perfect) working stock wastegate, or it is modified/replaced.

We need to know the correction factor used on your Dyno run. In practice the dynomite Dyno tends to read considerable higher than say , a dynojet without the equivalent correction factor ...... 10 % higher is not unreasonable to assume,
ask the dyno operator for the correction factor used on your dyno run ...
Excellent suggestion, I will do that!

The wastegate is unfortunately still stock and seems to work fine. I have not been able to successfully install My Tial yet.

There was a Honda Civic w/ a coffee can exhaust that was recorded at about 130 hp, a pretty tricked out 305 chevy Firebird that put down 262 hp & 302 tq as well as a V8 mustang that was recorded nearly exactly the same. 260/300. But I will check on the correction factor.
