Default connecting rod bolt set

I am re-using the 951 rods for my rebuild but need to replace the rod nuts and bolts as directed. All I can find are the raceware replacement kits however I am trying to go a more economical route if possible. Are there other rod nut and bolt kits out there and where?? Thanks.

I was always under the impression that when using stock bottom end parts you only had to replace the rod nuts, not the bolts? Can someone correct me here, or comment?

I wish you were right but apparently the rod bolts are made to stretch when torqued and "should be replaced". I just placed an order for a set of the arp through ebsracing... very nice, very helpful people..and close to me too.

Good descision on ARP boltss. There are lots of places to save a few bucks, quality connecting rod bolts is NOT one of them.

That is correct.
You do not need to replace 951 rod bolts every time.
