I think allot of people have suffered from a similar problem, but I wasn't able to find many answers in a search.
My car will die if you let off the clutch and throttle quickly after acceleration. Why is this? I put a stock recirculation type BOV back onto the car tonight to see if that was the problem, and it wasnt (although the other was in fact leaking boost). I also closed off a hole on the intake that was allowing a bit of unmetered air in.
The car is idling right around where it should with about -15 vac consistantly. If i blip the throttle while the car is stationary, it will dip down below the idle level and pop back up. This is true with the A/C on and off. I've been told I should just try and tune it out with the PB, but I want to make sure it's not a physical problem first.
Any ideas?

Ryan, did you check the TPS? Is is reading Idle? What is your fuel pressure? At idle with the PB you should be able to lean out the engine till it stalls or richen it till it pukes fuel.

The TPS is brand new and seems to be working fine... I want to try and use the piggy back to lean it out a bit, but my WB02 isn't working... I cooked the sensor connection on the downpipe lol. Replacement should arrive in a few days.
Can I tune the idle with just the AFR reading that the PB gives me?

You can tune idle with the narrowband. It'll take a few minutes to get this sorted out..
A new TPS does not mean a thing, it must be adjusted properly. Why not wait, I'll use the Motronic Monitor and view all the variables.

As I told you on the phone, get the WB then it'll take a few minutes to tune it. If you need help you know how to contact me, tuning a car on the RennList is not very productive.

Ohhh you meant wait until I get my WB working. Gotcha. I'll just drive it like this until I get that sensor in the mail, probably wednesday. Thanks.
