Default digital clock

so I finally got around to replacing the digital clock with a used one I picked up. For the first time in my life the clock now works!!! But.. it never turns off... I find it hard to believe that the clock is supposed to always be on but I wouldn't know so fill me in guys. Thanks. Bron.

I was surprised to find that out as well when I replaced mine (that it doesn't turn off).

Mine is always on. Kinda makes sense in a way, but than again, it doesn't.

well, that's kind of annoying.. I have some needy neighbors. They'll stop wearing watches once they find out my clock is always on.

At least it isn't very obvious since most of the face is black.
