Default Some self-gratuitous photos...

Hey all,

So in order to raise my self-esteem and feel better about my car not starting yesterday (part of an ongoing problem), I've decided to post some pictures I took a couple days ago.

I've been to a bunch of different countries and states, and I've got to say -- Arizona has some of the best sunsets in the world...

...except for a few days ago. I had hoped to get some cool sunset shots but alas there wasn't too spectacular. Also, I had a crummy camera so the shots weren't going to be all that special to begin with.

But here's the exterior:

When I get my car back I'll put up some pics of my interior.

Nice shots, that last pic is cool.

But you got some funny looking trees down there, they don't have any branches!

Thanks! Yeah those trees also come with spikes! ...it gives a whole new meaning to the term "tree hugger"... 'round here, they're the true badasses!

Nice car. I always like a nice condition guards red car. The vented header panel is a nice touch, too!

*Ding Ding Ding!!!* You guessed it! Yeah I was planning on going all the way up to the end of Alvernon @ Finger Rock Trail but that was way to far away from where I was...Gates is close to my g/f's house.

Keith, you have no idea how much work i put into that dadgum nose panel. AIR sent it so bad that it didn't even fit, the filler wasn't sanded down, etc. I probably put about 10 hrs of work into that and it's still not perfect, but I didn't want to compromise the integrity of the fiberglass. All in all, I didn't just end up sanding, but I also had to lay up some more glass as well as reinforce parts w/ more resin. I then had to add a bunch more filler and sand it down to a beautiful finish. Sigh...*thank you AIR!*

Like i said -- not perfect, but close enough.
