Default Ok I have found There Is No Substitute, T-Shirt !!

I have found one of the last T-shirts produced in the late 80's early 90's

(porsche crest)

THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE T-Shirt

The color I have is light teal, I think the colors were white and teal !
I think there was another color but I do not remember ?

Here is the question , can we reproduce them ?? I am not looking for profit ? Just would like to have them available ?

Someone on this board said they make t-shirts ( silkscreened)
Anyone interested ???? Let me know Thanks

Nice and simple. It would look even better if it was embroidered.

Can you reproduce them? Sure. Could you sell them without getting hassled? Good luck.

Porsche is very very strict about this. I wouldn't - you could be looking to have the big hammer coming down on you.

Heck, we can't even use the silhouette shape of a porsche. That's why you'll notice that the rennlist shapes use a combo of 911/944/928 lines, as to not represent a single shape (which Porsche has trademarked). Porsche watches this site (and many others) like a hawk.

They do, do they? Hey Porsche.... SUV's are for soccor mom's. Get back into racing. No, not BS sponsorship/customer car racing...real racing. Win Le Mans, get into F1, BE A SPORTSCAR COMPANY AGAIN. The 997 is an improvement over the ultra lame 996, and the cayman is an improvement over the boxster but all 4 of them look identical from the front. That is rediculous. Stop following the rest of the manufacturers and go back to blowing people's minds with your style AND performance.

Oh...and lose the damn SUV. It's embarrassing.

I agree with most of this but Porsche has always been into customer racing. They will never enter F1...too expensive and they won't sell any more cars than they do now. Ferarri on the other hand used to sell cars to finance their racing efforts. Probably not so much the case nowadays.

If we do not make a profit on reproducing this t-shirt among Porsche owners , I do not see what would be the big deal ? I know I am going to have a few reproduced for myself and some friends .................

Porsche does not like anyone selling anything with their logo on it whether you make a profit or not. Only recently they allow PCA clubs to print the porsche logo on things, if there is nothing else on the item except the Porsche logo. I don't know if they changed this new rule in the past year or not.

davepnola,

If you do can I get in on the action?

O/T the son and I took a ride in the 951 today around Mandeville. Got behind a sweet Red 360 with some type of aftermarket wheels on it. All my 7 year old could say was "our car is faster than his." I just had to laugh at his naive comments.
