951 MAX Chips experience

I’m also running an autothority maf, but I have allot of upgrades, and will continue to upgrade. So i use the Mafterburner. it is a maf calibration piggyback which solved all little problems with the tune. the 951 max chips are great, they feel great, but with the mafterburner you can fine tune the idle and top end pretty easily.

After carefully looking at my plugs with my mechanic, we determined that the coil is fine and that the NGK BPR7ES are too cold for my setup and the plugs apparently have dry fouling on them (all black around), so I went and bought the BPR6ES and (0.28 gap) I'm gonna see if they burn they burn better, they should, he said the the 7s are for cars running more than 75-100 hp than stock, high boost or for track cars which are constantly at high temperatures and rpm's, so since I'm only maxing out at 15psi and I have only 50 hp more (300) than stock, I'm gonna take his advice and see how they do, I put the FQS back to 0 to start from there...

Good luck with the chips, I'm happy with them on my Autothority MAF, if it runs too rich, try using the BPR6ES like I did, that way they'll burn at full efficiency, from my experience, the 7ES were too cold....

I've also ended up on #2. Have also tried clocking the MAF and also did not find the sweet spot. I also ended up @ 10:00.
Note: my MAF is positioned after the bend in the piping. I think it may help to position the MAF sensor directly behind the filter in front of the piping.

Since I removed the ISV, I only have idle issues cold, but when it warms up, purrs like a kitten, I have an Autothority MAF with a LR pipe, stumbling happens rarely...
