Im not sure if any of you guys have seen this, but this ebay car seems to have a big blow through MAF. I have not seen this setup before. Anyone know the seller?

A Recirc has a softer spring which allows it to open up under vacuum conditions at idle. So it does require less vacuum to open and there is less spring pressure to keep it closed.

A BOV will stay closed at idle(some of them can be adjust to recirc though) so it requires more vacuum to cause it to open and typically(depeding on which valve and how it is adjusted) has a higher spring rate to keep it closed.

It is using a 993 MAF sensor. This is a good example of why we CNCd the MAF sensor and welded it to the pipe.It keeps things neat and tidy.

I would agree. Your setup looks a hell of a lot cleaner!

That will take, maybe an hour or two
We already covered lots of ground on the blow-through MAF system. Actually, the 6-pin MAF we offer can be used as-is in a blow-through. The blow-through we use is on the 911 turbo conversions.
The success of a blow-through application depends on which sensor you use, the size of the pipe it's in.. . Many important details, but will make it or brake it.
