Default Wanted: Install pictures of fixed headlight kits

I'm thinking of installing a fixed headlight kit in place of the the flip-flop lights .. I would like to see some pictures of your installs to give me some ideas! I've seen a lot of different takes on this..

Pictures of the rear of an installed kit would be interesting!

Are there any problems fitting a kit like this when the car has a MAF placed directly behind the left light?

Do a search. You'll find lots of pics.

Also, if you go to GT Racing's website you'll also find some pics of their setup, although I've yet to hear anything good about it.

Yes, if you can get Magnus to reply that is. Search under Coleone's car and you will see his (Magnus') kit. I am trying to buy some now. They look very well done when most look like they're about to fall out on the ground or something.

Tack Anders

Yeah it seems like Plastis is the way to go.. I'm also having trouble reaching him by mail so I guess I'll have to call him instead (let me know if you need help ordering something from him Joe). The big question is what lights are nicer... Either something like corleone's "spotlights" or Fredrik's square ones... I guess using something like corleone's should give me better visibility when it's dark

Stolen pics, I hope no one minds!:

Jim I have detailed pics of Plastis kit in my project thread here on RL.
I sold it to the US and now I've been waiting for several months for a new kit from Plastis. Quality is very good but I think he has too much to do unfortunatly...

Great! I'll go through your project thread then Gurra

I guess I better get in line to order a kit from plastis then.. But it's worth the wait when you compare the quality to other available kits, right?

Here is my old setup circa '04. GT Racing buckets with sealed beams. Fitment was horrible, as was light output.

Current setup, Hella 90mm HID's low and highs. (Projector low, free form D2S high with zero cutoff)

dmoffitt's fixed headlights, Hella 90mm HID's in GT Racing buckets. His GT Racing buckets were of better fit/finish than mine, but still were not great.
