Since it's happening at idle and after swapping to VEMS... sounds like timing could be retarded - are you sure you set your base ignition timing correctly?

Hi!
Geneqco, you are right. Ign timing was off. Fixed it. Much better but still hot
EGT shows 350-400'-ish celsius idling. I suspect cam is off as well, I'll look into it.
