When I replaced my supply and return lines my jumper was in great shape, now it's ballooning at the FPD end. A call to the local Porsche dealer reported that the "Damage Code" - AK03 had been completed on my car. I also found out which dealership did the warranty work but the date was unavailable. Considering the recall started in 1990, I should expect this type of thing on a ~20yo part.
NHTSA #90V061000 should still show as an "Open Campaign" on your car if the warranty work has not been done.
