The Evo is a really good product. I thought $130 would be too much but after seeing the thing I sure like it. It is also a lot louder than the plastic OE one, but it depends on what floats your boat.

I realize that the TT valves are prone to failure as well, but they hold up better than the stock 951 valves. These valves work fine in chipped TT's and S4's making 22-23psi of boost. My S4 has only eaten one set of them since I bought it 20k miles ago, and when your replacing two at a time $50 is a hell of a lot more attractive than $300. Sure they break eventually but you can buy six of them for the price of one "good" DV.

Which one is best Lindsey offers 2 types . First is the Adjustable billet valve part #BOV-CM or the Non Diaphram bypass valve. Also on ebay there is a guy selling a dual horn type pop off valve what is this used for? Lindsey doesnt specify if the billet bypass valve(oem replacement) is Evolution motorsports does that matter?

Default Diverter valve positioning

How do you know which of the two ways to put the diverter valve? Does the blocked part on the opposite side of the nipple with the spring go to the j boot or the intake throttle body?

It goes exactly as Keith has it pictured.

Well, the spring and plunger are right under the nipple, so I am not sure what you mean. Look at my previous post where it is seperated.

What I mean is does the extra boost blow out of the bottom(opposite side of the nipple) or side of the valve, into the throttle body or J boot?
