Who Sells a GOOD high flow cat?

Hi all,
Well, do to some cicumstances beyond my control (i.e. that means wife) I must move. She has determined that she drives too far to work and want to move.
I live in a non-emissions zone. If I drive 10-15 minutes away, I get into the emissions zone (technically since I work in the emissions zone I am supposed to have emissions testing but it is almost impossible to enforce). So right now, I don't need e-testing. When I did live in the emissions zone, I would put the cat on the 951 and then go take it off. Now random roadside emissions drive-by testing has been put into place in the emission zone
The 951 ran like absolute do-do with the cat on. However, if I move back into the emissions zone, I really don't want to be taking the cat on and off. Also (and I hate to admit this) it really is the socially responsible thing to do to try and keep the air cleaner.
Does anyone have any experience with a good high flow cat that will bolt into place where a stock cat would go? I have an aftermarket exhaust, I am just not sure who made it. The stock cat bolts up so if it fit where a stock cat goesm it will fit. I would just like to get a cat that will rob very minimal power. Maybe like a 3" cat or something. Any recomendations?
TIA

I had good luck with Car Sound (I know that sounds really cheesy but they are quite popular with the muscle-car crowd) on a hopped up MoPar 318 I ran for a while. If there are some other brands that are better, I'd like to know myself.

I have a magnaflow and noticed a huge difference in spoolup to stock and really didn't notice any difference between the high flow and a test pipe. I also put in a magnaflow muffler so could be combination of both.

I have an SFR 3" weld-in racing cat for sale with only 500 miles on it if you are interested. $150+shipping. You would need to have flanges welded or vband clamps welded on if you want to be able to swap it out but any muffler shop should be able to do that. I would go with some vbands which would make it very easy to swap.
From their website:
"This cat flows more exhaust then any other cat on the market and it is also good enough to get a CARB approval."

Right now I have no cat
. I have a cat that is a high flow (PO said?) but the brand is not obvious.
I'm thinking about a SFR or lindsey system with the slip on style cat.

I have a catco 3" high flow cat, and it slows spool up a ton. At stock boost however the cat and no cat there is absolutely no difference, however 13-14 psi there is a huge difference.

Summit Racing has a plethora of cats in their catalog, in pretty much any size you can imagine. I plan to put on a LR 3" exhaust soon and I am considering buying a cheap cat to use once every two years for e-testing. They had several available for under $100.

i want to make something that looks like a cat thats actually a test pipe so i can pass a visual inspection. are there any resonators that resemble a cat? if not i was thinking of finding a used cat and welding the shell to a testpipe
