No, CV is gone. O2 sensor is only 2-3 years old and wide band O2 is about 1 year old.

Again, if I was able to get more fuel in the upper rpms with the FQS, doesn't that mean the fuel system is fine??? There is some other factor, MAF/ARC2, that is the issue??

Could this be an ignition issue?? Coil, wires or plugs not firing off all the fuel in the upper revs so it is lean there???

If it's the same "stage 3" huntley maf that I used, I had no problem up to 355 rwhp with 52lb injectors at 3 bar fuel pressure, stock fuel pump. Never got much over 4 volts on the thing regardless of the chips I used (tried APE, Guru, VR). Have you tried other chips? What fuel pressure are you running? Is the vacuum line to the FPR attached and leak free? If you do log the MAF and find it is maxing out, I have both a stage 3 and 4 available.

Yes, Hutnley stg. 3.

I did datalog over the weekend and MAF is seeing 5V by 5,200-5,500 and at olny 16psi.
??????????

I will check the FPR line but I do not notice any leaks.

This seems wierd that at only 16psi a stg. 3 MAF is maxing out.

Possible the maxed MAF signal is due to the ARC2 being turned up o make rich? So it might actually be the injectors that are maxed and I turned up the HIGH to make richer and it is giving a "false" max signal only due the the ARC being turned way up??

Well, I am thinking the pb, any pb, would be doing the same since it might be in fact the injectors.

I will do some more runs with the pb turned down and see if the voltage drops. If so, then I know for sure it is the injectors.

But, just like I don't see how a stg.3 MAF should be maxing out at 16psi I don't think my injectors (42lb) should be maxed out at 16psi in the upper revs either.

???

I have the Max chips, but had the ARC2 already. I can set the ARC2 all to ZERO and see what that does, which is like it is cut out of the system.

If that does not fixi it then it is OK.

Well, it looks like it is the injectors. I turned the HIGH down, a/f stayed the same, and the voltage topped out about 4.5 and held there and did not max out.

So, I need some bigger injectors. I jsut did not think they 450cc, would be maxing out at 16psi, but I guess it is a VE issue and not som much the hp/boost I am at. due to the MAF, 3" exhaust and the big turbo.

But if I planned on running 20psi or so I would have needed bigger injectors anyway.

Should I go 650cc or just straight to 720cc????
