Leigh - Long meadow is nice, pretty fast route. We could to Long meadow, to 17a, to 17, to 7 lakes drive
17 North to Harriman - to Rt.6 - to 7 Lakes Drive back towards Sloatsburg.

Im sure you guys know the area better then me, so its better that someone else decides the route. We dont need to plan it out now though, we dont have enough cars to get split up, we can just decide that day what route we want to take and have a few cars lead.

You can add me to the list as well. I don't know the area well, but I have always liked the scenery around there. Looks like one more non turbo car in the group.

Hey Jeff,

Do you want to post this in the "924/931/944/951/968 Forum" they had a gathering a month or so ago and had a good turnout.

Carlos - The last PM from you is about the dyno, and that works for me, who knows when they will let me go there though, I will let you know asap.

Leigh - I will cross post this in that section as well, good idea.

OK, its time to get cracking on the meeting place and route. Please send me a private message with any roads in the area that you are interested in hitting. So far I plan to make the route aprox. 2-3 hours, hitting long meadow, 7 lakes, maybe bear mountain. Im thinking we should meet around lunch time. We can meet a little earlier, talk cars, then grab some food, and head out for the drive. Please fill your tanks before meeting, these roads wont have any gas stations!

Count me in. We should really hit up bear Mt.... I always loved St. Peters Pass. I blew up my old N/A 944 motor there a few years back.

I can settle with 7 lakes, not too many elevation changes will make for an easy ride.

I'll be bringing the 951. I've never brought a turbo car up there, it should be interesting.

Please, dont over do it guys!! Its not a race, and you shouldnt be pushing your cars to the limit or showing off. The first car that goes into the ditch this year will ruin it for everyone for the entire warm season . Lets just go and have fun
