Default Help removing clutch pressure plate

Some one I know is having trouble removing the clutch on his 951. Actually he has paid a mechanic who seems to have really screwed up th job. The engine is out of the car and located in Birmingham Alabama. It appears that while trying to remove the clutch he broke 2 bolts and then tried unsuccessfully to drill them out. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove the clutch as it now is. Here's a picture:

While I was removing my preasure plate I stripped one of the 8mm cheesehead bolts you have pictured. I drilled off the head and it just popped off due to the preload of the PP.

The picture is a little blurry but is the head of the 8mm cheesehead totally removed and just the shaft of the bolt in place? Are those 2 bolts pictured the only to bolt remaining?

There are 2 bolts remaining. Unfortunately I'm not located in Birmingham, so I can't look at the problem area directly. It seems possible that the mechanic mushroomed the bolts and that is holding the pressure plate in.

Thats what I was thinking. When I drilled the screw heads, the amount of material left was so thin that the PP just popped over them. I pulled the PP and grabbed the screw shaft with some vice grips and unscrewed from there.

I had to drill out nearly every one of those damn cheeseheads after they were reused on a clutch job by a mechanic when I went to rebuild the engine. They are pretty soft bolts I believe. Try a bigger bit -should do it
