Replaced the headgasket, all was fine for 150 miles. Started the car today, went down the road, huge plumes of white smoke out the exhaust, came home, drained the oil, 10 quarts of oil/coolant came out. Put 6.5 quarts of oil in, white smoke still shooting out the exhaust. WTF! Im so sick of this car.

Also, i can see some white smoke escaping right by where the header connects to the head by cylinder 2, and the valves sound a little bit louder right there. HELP ME!

sounds like headgasket didn't seal too well..... but do some leakdown or compression test to make sure. is there any other place that coolant and oil can mix?(ex. oil cooler??) did you use mls headgasket or stock type composite gasket? if you did use mls, most of the time won't seal well if you don't get the at least head straighten. check the flatness on both head and block if they are in within the spec, didn't install the head gasket right(tq sequense and such) or defect headgasket. I'm not by any mean doubting your mechanical skills but **** just happen sometime. I had to redo headgasket one time on other car because some how new head gasket was crappy one and it mixed the oil and coolant(just didn't seal well). I took the head back off and installed another brand's headgasket and it fix the issue.
good luck man. I hope you get it sorted out soon.

OK. Thanks for the replies. Please tell me if the following is a possibilty.
Oil was overfilled (i said above 10 quards of oil/coolant was drained) might have just been dirty oil from the job, and it was only 8 quarts. It filled the intake system from being overfilled, and is burning off. Possible? I hope so!
You guys are right though, the headgasket may not have sealed properly. I used a widefire headgasket. Thanks

Thanks for the replies guys. Turns out my theory was right. Over filled oil. I pulled the intake manifold to find the head ports filled with oil. I cleaned that up, cleanded the intake manifold, bolted it back up, let the smoke burn off, and its been great.
The coolant was in the oil because there was still coolant and **** left in the block from the headgasket job, im going to keep changing the oil frequently till its all gone.
Thats all have a beer to the fact that the head doesnt need to be pulled again!

Probably the oil cooler adapter seals like Mike said..
When you kill the engine, oil pressure drops to -0- but coolant pressure remains until the car is cooled off so the coolant under pressure seeps into the oil passage and ends up in the pan.
Once the oil is mixed with water/coolant, it's viscosity is compromised and it'll pass throught the turbo seals and smoke bad...
Puill the pipe off the turbo from the intercooler, I'll bet it's full of oil in there.
