I have the autothority stage 2 chips and no cat, i do notice a little condensation, but its not shooting out black liquid... maybe i'll give her a check when i put her head back on ;-)

i would say pull the injectors and have them flow-matched;

if one (or more) injectors are running richer/leaner than the others, you could experience this problem. my car used to do that until i had the injectors flow-matched and it stopped.

how would injectors cause this? the spatter is water mixed with soot...how is a slight mismatch in injector flow going to create water that wouldn't otherwise be there?

mine used to shoot water and soot out. I assume the muffler fills up with water when you make alot of short trips. I fixed the problem by drilling a small hole at the lowest point in the muffler, and you wont believe how much water came out.
