Default Another wheel fitment question - TechArt Rims

Hello all

I purchased a very rare set of 3-piece TechArt wheels which I would like to fit to my 951. The wheels' spec are:

front 8.5X18" ET 41 planned tyre size 235/35
rear 11X18" ET 60 planned tyre size 285/30

I probably will use Toyo Proxes r888 tyres

I'm currently running the car on early offset but am about to collect the parts to go for the late offset.

Will I encounter some fitment problems with late offset? I wouldn't mind having to do some mods to the fenders but would like to avoid fitment issues on the inner side...

Cheers

Beni

on early offset you need aprox 30mm spacing. data gathered from trying to fit my 18x11 ET63 to early offset

With late offset the fronts won't fit and the rears won't either. I'd stay with the early parts to use those wheels. My 8x18s barely fit up front with 52mm offset. I have 10s on the rr w/ 285s 60mm offset and they fit nicely. I tried 11s and they weren't even close to fitting even if I rolled the fenders.

You'll never run the fronts with late offset parts, you'll need about 5-10mm spacer as is.

For the back, I'd try about a 27-28mm spacer, it should work with a 285 tire.

Good luck, got any pics?
