Default Oil is on my exhaust header bolts, where is it coming in the intake from

I noticed a little oil on almost all eight header bolts and there is some on the flanges where exhaust peices join which leads me to beleive there is a little to much oil in the intake? The turbo is a K27 with 60K i think on it so could it be my AOS seals letting this oil in. there is also oil in the intercooler pipes

your cam tower might be leaking... or maybe your upper balance shaft cover, look for a puddle of oil on the top of your engine

I second the cam tower, that's where mine was coming from.

wouldn't I see it running down the side of the motor and then onto the bolts, and not Just on the bolts

if my memory serves me correctly, it could leak from the cam tower then find its way down underneath the intake manifold as there are 4 gaskets (none connected together) which of course leaves a space for the oil to go through...

Clean up the area, start her up and see if you can trace where the oil is coming from.
