Default Temperature Sensor for DME

Does the coolant need to be drained if Im going to replace the temp. sensor for the DME?

Is this the one under the manifold, at the front of the engine?
I'm changing this on my car tomorrow.
I hadn't even thought about the fact that there could be a mess.
