I need to install an electric cutoff switch, and wiring isn't my 'thing'. Does anyone have a link to a step-by-step instructional process for installation on a 951? It must be on a basic level...for dummies.
I've got a 4-post Longacre switch mounted already, just need the wiring done.
TIA

Thanks Bret, but I guess I still need a more detailed procedure.
Which one of those two setups to use? What size wiring to use? Which + wires from the battery go where (I have 7 wires to my battery + terminal)? What is a "positive distribution block"? Etc.
Like I said, I need a "install for dummies" step-by-step procedure.![Big Grin](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Anyone with the know-how in/near Rochester want to lend a hand, I'll provide beer and pizza?

Anything beyond a simple battery cutoff and I would recommend a race shop or someone that specializes in automotive electronics. In either case, you are dealing with low voltage but HIGH AMPERAGE and the consequences of poor insulation or inadequate terminations are high and could lead to a fire.
