clunk during tight turns

Unfortunately, that wasn't my first thought. But I have gone through and checked each strut mount bolt (both upper and lower), each sway bar bolts, the pinch bolts for the ball joints, control arm bolts, and lug nuts.

Another wild idea that I'll throw out there is the rebuilt struts. I used Paragon's Koni rebuild kit, with the 1414S insert. The insert fits inside the old housing, is there any chance this is where the clunk is coming from?

What about the control arm mounts...The one's at the rear of the arm? Are those new as well ? Never mind I just noticed you did do the caster blocks!

Removed the front sway bar altogether and went for a spirited drive. Corning hard left and right, consecutive rights then left, and vise versa. The clunk sound is gone. Do delrin sway bar bushings need to be greased, or torqued differently in the droplinks? Did I have the sway bar preloaded when I last put it on?

Yes - grease the delrin sway bar bushings.

also mounted the sway bar with the suspension more level this time, should be all set!
