Default Characteristics of coolant temperature sender

I am adding an aftermarket dash to my 944 Turbo racer. The dash I use has the nifty feature of being able to adjust to allmost any sensor, as long as you know the characteristics, in a table or as mathematical function.

Does anybody know the characteristics of the coolant temperature sender? From the elctrical circuit drawings in the workshop manual I would guess it is a NTC resistor.
