![Question](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
I just bought some Cibie H4 lenses from Daniel Stern Lighting and was wondering if I made a mistake in ordering them generically and not speicifally for a 951? How will they bolt to my current headlight frame? Also, there is not a reflector inside the lens that the bulb's beam hits as it is on the stock lens. Is this correct?
I am thinking I made a mistake here...

They'll bolt right in just like every other H4 lens does... why would a 951 be any different?
And why would a Cibie H4 not have a reflector?
Your questions are odd because you've bought the best lamp you can put on a 951 but you don't seem to know why you bought them.

Im not sure i get what you mean about there not being a reflector in the lense. The H4 bulbs have it sort of built in around the filament. They are direct bolt on, just make sure you bought the correct ones with the LHD pattern.

are you sure you don't already have H-4 lens'?
the retaining frame is painted silver, and its held on by 3 short sheet metal screws. You have to remove the black cover in order to access it. Look in your owners manual, it tells you how to change the headlights.
