GT Racing 292R Bumper - ground clearance

Can anyone advise if the GT Racing 292R bumper is any lower than the stock bumper ie If the ground clearance from my splitter to the ground is 4" when fitted to a stock bumper, will it be any lower when fitted to the GT Racing 292R bumper ?
