Usually Ace hardware or similar hardware stores have stuff like that if you search around in the hardware isles for long enough. If nothing else, you could get some rubber washers and a bolt to seal the hole that way.

Google showed me this site if you feel like ordering some online.

My local ACE has a hardware section that has little black plastic/rubber plugs like this in many sizes. They are in an enormous set of plastic drawers that contains a zillion kinds of by the piece hardware.

If you live anywhere near Morristown, there is a Sears hardware store on Ridgedale that has a huge section of these same draws full of plugs and such. One of these drawers also has black plastic plugs that are a perfect replacement for the ones that hold the carpet around the edge of the hatch.

Ace is a good recommendation and I've also had luck at the local NAPA Auto Parts place for this kind of stuff.
