Default Door issues

My door kind of bumps into the doorframe a little when beeing closed, is there a way to slightly adjust the door to fix this? Right now i have to lift the door up while closing it to save the paint on the doorframe...

Are the bolts on the door hinges all tight? Does the top of the door line up correctly when closed?

If the door does need to be adjusted, it would just be a matter of loosening the bolts on the door hinges (either the ones on the door or on the car), and then holding the door in the correct position while all the bolts are tightened on the hinges to hold everything in place. It may take multiple times to get it all lined up correctly since you can't have the door closed while you tighten the bolts.

the door hinge may have broken away from the door as well, that's happened to one of my cars in the past.
