Thumbs up Clear tunsignals and euro fog lamps installed in 951S

Disclaimer - pics taken with camera phone, still can't find my Canon........it's making me angry!

Anyway, I installed the Paragon Products Euro fog/drving light kit with 55w lamps on the fogs and 100w lamps on the driving lights. The headlights are stock-type Sylvania sealed beams. I have no idea where the clear turnsignals came from, I just installed them and changed the bulbs to amber ones. This car had already been upgraded to an Iceshark-style relay system by the P.O.

First pic is running lights only.

Second pic is running lights and fogs.

Third pic is running lights/fogs/lowbeams.

Fourth pic is running lights/driving lights/highbeams.

Cold as $hit!

It has sleeted, rained, and even snowed for a few minutes - it's miserable.

One thing that I did with my euro lenses, clear signals and Cibie headlight lenses was cover them with a 3m product to prevent rock chips and breakage. There is a company that makes precut pieces for them. I can't remember the name of the company but they were not cheap. They are supposed to stay clear and not come off and so far so good. People don't even know they are there.

How bright are the euro driving lights? I am thinking of completely removing the headlights when I install a MAF, and slotting the drivers side headlight cover to feed cold air straight into the filter. If the euro lights are bright enough, I would just use them for driving. (Here in Kansas, the law enforcement is very lax about rules such as having such things as sidemarkers and having headlights at a required height, etc).

I would think so - the bulbs are 100w.
