I live Pensacola and work at a local Porsche shop. There are several 951s around here. I'm definatly down for a get together.

Looks like you had a bit mor oomph at 5400 than me!
It did keep pulling until I let out at indicated 170+ though and was still pulling. The closed track I was on was running out of room. I did have an extra set of sport seats in the back though....they are pretty darn heavy.

 

You can see that there is only @ 200rpm difference between 150 and 160

 

Now that I think of it...I didn't have that many mods on the car at that time....Stock turbo even!

 

bah-- thats nothing. Fast in a 951 is when you are bouncing off the rev limiter in 5th. . .

 

bah that's nothing Ted, fast is when you're bouncing off the 7000+rpm redline in 6th
