Default Quick cycling valve question

Hey all, so for the past month and a half or so I've been running w/ ~1.2 bar of boost.

***EDIT: Disregard (somewhat) the following I've posted and only focus on the Q in my next post. Thanks! ***

Here're the diagnostics I've performed thus far:

--blink code tested -- no blinks therefore no codes thrown
--replace BOV, given that the diaphragm was bad
--checked most vac lines

I know that limp-home mode generates ~1.2 bar of boost, but how does one "undo" limp-home mode?

Given that no codes were thrown, my WG and KLR are fine. Is there an electrical way of testing the CV? Is there a certain voltage/resistance it should read (across the two terminals on top) when it's broken and has closed to the default 1.2 bar?

I have no idea whether or not my turbo is bad, so that could also be the problem I suppose. *knock on wood*

TIA!

Aw **** never mind dudes; I totally forgot about the option to crimp the vac line.

So now the question is, which line off of the CV is the WG line? I currently don't have access to a jack so getting underneath the car to the WG is outta the question right now.
