Hey George, good to hear from you. I am racing in Circuit Speed events at Ruapuna mostly. Also street sprints and other CCC events All but club stuff really but getting there Goal is to run in Sports Saloons with something different next year.

I didnt know about your 968, whats the go with it?

Bought it last year primarily to do Targa - me and the missus finished 3rd in class at Rotorua and 2nd class at the 5 day event in November.

She's stripped out, caged and stiffened up and has done several Targas, Bridgestone series and Enduro's before we got her. Motor is stock apart from Carillos and sump baffles - short ratio 6spd LSD- suspension is full sphericals with Koni double adjustables - 1'10.0 at Puke and 1'45 at Taupo on the A1 cct - having a ball

Current wiring nightmare.



Here are the batteries, made up the cables today, seems to work well. Go the dry cell!

Because they are tiny wee motorsport ones not designed for everyday use...

You can just buy an Oddesey battery that is the same size as that one battery and you can use it everyday.

Yup I have used them before... but these are less than half the size of a regular battery
