Now there's a guy who knows how to take care of the paint. A man after my own taste. Bet you never put a car cover on it as ANY car cover will scratch the clear coat with many minute scuffs. Nice car. Good luck.

I was working for a auto refinish supply company when I had the paint done. I supplied all the materials and instructed the body men on how I wanted it done..... Right.. ..
You wouldn't believe how terrible most shops paint work can be.

This Car was buffed using the 3M Perfect-it system using the New Ultrafina product. This is one of the best clear coats you can use.... It shows

Glasurite is a really big German based auto body paint/detailing supplier.

I have seen onlyv two cars locally painted with Glasurite, they were amazing, and you're is amazing as well.

PS: They have a very nice fine polishing paste that does wonders on any scratched, dulled, faded paint surface.

Car looks amazing, the emblem delete really cleans up the front end, smoked side markers and turn signals would really finish it off. Good luck on the sale.

Just for the record, this is their fine polishing paste, it can be used to remove 1,200grit sand marks for colour sanding as well.

Unhappy

Well, I couldn't help posting since mine just got re-painted with Glasurite as well. No clear coat and I still have to go back to get some orange peel sanded down, but the hood is shiny

Btw, I went to one of the best shops in town and still walked away with a headache, sand marks and OP left behind. Still have to see how good it will get after wet sanding. crossing my fingers.

The pic is of the sunroof. The parts done right came out nice.

Imflammable...

Where are you showing your car? Are you talking about showing it at a local car show?

FYI PCA Zone 8 is having a car show at the Queen Mary in Long Beach on May 20th I'm taking my freshly re-painted 944 to show. First time at a Concours show so I have signed up just to display the car.

Maybe you can show your car at the Queen Mary also. I want to see that paint on your car

Take Care,
Carolyn

Carolyn,

I was showing my car to potential buyers , I have not yet entered a car show. I would love to one of these days though...

It just might be sold, I will post as soon as it does..

Regards,

Jesse
