I'll be there with about 10 of my track maintained cars. We broke in 5 of them last weekend at the Audi DE, so they are waiting and ready to roll!
I will have a garage up there, I think it will be the southern most garage, or close to it (if it was already reserved).

It's a burgundy 87 944 T.

The track in Topeka is really transformed from what it was 2 years ago. Super smooth, alpha zero doesn't send you airborne now, the banked carousel is a blast. See you there!

Joel and I are talking about trying to attend. My problem is that there is a Weds night session at HTP on the 18th that I hope to attend, and a friend is coming down the following weekend for the IRL race at Kansas Speedway, leaving me WAY short on domestic credits. Also, I never know when work will require me to be out of town...
Hope to see y'all there!

WOOOOO!!!! Well things are looking up, way up. I just took my turbo race car out to an old deserted strech of highway and ran it up 3 or 4 times and NO MISS so far, my problem may be cured.
Now I am really looking forward to HPT. It's about time.
For all who attend stop by if you get a chance, red F350 4x4 dually with 40' white triple axle trailer and yellow 944T car number 337.
If all goes well with the Friday DE I will do the club race. Crossing my fingers.

Well am not sure what fixed it but the shop I took it to tightened a few clamps that they thought might be a problem, replaced a vacum cap, and said to put stock plug wires back on. The LR blue wires in my opinion were the problem. After talking to John he said the wastedspark system deliveres a bunch of energy and the plug wires need to be very tight. The LR wires just do not fit tight on the spark plug. Since they were new I never thought to check them for a problem. I am still not 100% that it is all golden until I get it on the track but the runs I had Sunday on the open road went very well and the car did not miss a beat. I was still feathering the throttle in 3rd to get traction. The Vitesse stuff feels pretty sweet about now.

Those are some awesome pics! I had a blast out there, as I was the local scrutineering rep for the KC region at the race, and got a chance to look some of those Cup cars over VERY closely! ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
