Default How hot does engine surface get?

I need to know if JB weld will hold up to the temps.....

If no one answers your question by the time I get home, I can shoot a turbo and an NA with my pyrometer and tell you.........

Dpends where - but 210 is a good upper limit to use.

Well, I used high temp JB weld on part of my wastgage flange and it held up for a while. And that is A LOT hotter than the top of the engine.

Cool, the steel weld is good to 600 so I should be good. Thans guys.
